Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Bigby's Kitchen Inventory Management System ("the System"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the System. Use of this platform is a privilege granted to authorized Bigby's Cafe & Restaurant employees only.

2. Authorized Use Only

The System is intended exclusively for the internal business operations of Bigby's Cafe & Restaurant. Unauthorized access is strictly prohibited. You may only access the System using credentials issued to you by the IT department, and solely for purposes related to your job function at Bigby's.

3. User Responsibilities

As an authorized user, you agree to:

• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with anyone
• Use the System only for legitimate business purposes
• Enter accurate and complete inventory and operational data
• Report any unauthorized access or security concerns to the IT department immediately
• Log out of the System when finished, especially on shared devices

4. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Attempt to access accounts, data, or areas of the System you are not authorized to use
• Introduce malicious code, scripts, or software into the System
• Use the System to extract, copy, or misuse confidential business data
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the System
• Share or publish any data from the System without management authorization

5. Data Accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of all inventory, stock, and operational data you enter into the System. Bigby's Cafe & Restaurant relies on this data for business decisions, and inaccurate entries may have operational consequences.

6. Intellectual Property

The System, including its design, functionality, and all underlying software, is the property of Bigby's Cafe & Restaurant. No part of the System may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent from management.

7. Termination of Access

Access to the System may be suspended or revoked at any time, without notice, if a user violates these Terms of Use or upon separation from employment with Bigby's Cafe & Restaurant.

8. Disclaimer

The System is provided "as is" for internal use. Bigby's Cafe & Restaurant makes no warranties as to the uninterrupted availability of the System and shall not be liable for any losses arising from system downtime or data errors beyond its reasonable control.

9. Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the System after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
