About Bigby's Kitchen IMS

Bigby's Kitchen Inventory Management System (Kitchen IMS) is an internal web-based platform developed for and operated by Bigby's Cafe & Restaurant. It is used exclusively by authorized Bigby's employees to manage, monitor, and report on kitchen inventory across all restaurant branches.

Purpose

The platform supports day-to-day kitchen operations by providing tools for:

• Recording and reviewing inventory counts per branch
• Identifying stock surpluses and shortages (lacking/over reports)
• Tracking ingredient and supply transfers between branches
• Managing product lists, categories, and branch assignments
• Generating sales, production, RDSR, and inventory reports
• Maintaining fixed asset records for kitchen equipment
• Monitoring current stock levels across the restaurant network

Who Can Use This System

Access to Bigby's Kitchen IMS is restricted to registered employees of Bigby's Cafe & Restaurant. There is no public registration. Accounts are created and managed by the Bigby's IT department and assigned based on role and branch.
